Here are some of the photos from Wednesday’s party, Microsoft’s Xin-sational party to celebrate XinMSN turning one. Met some really awesome people there- the founder of XinMSN, Microsoft, a bunch of people from Starcom (which is also coincidentally where the newest GE candidate Nicole Seah is from, though i didn’t get to meet her unfortunately), Duane from WCI, Tim from LFA, Samuel from Qais- Okay with my terrible memory I cant really remember any more names at the moment. It was really nice to meet everyone though!

I just realised- I look kinda odd in all the photos. Sigh. There are more to come though- waiting for Tim to send them to me/iCleeq to upload those they have! (: Anyway, Christel won a Windows 7 phone from the Microsoft lucky draw, a HTC Mozart, and danngggg is that phone smexy.

Anyway. Today: fever subsided, but the throat inflammation and headache is back with a vengeance. It feels as though there’s a ton of stones sitting around in my cranium. The flu is still there- hurts to touch water. I quarantined myself in the sick room at the back of the service hall today for the Good Friday church service cause i didnt want to miss out on the talks, and they were good talks except everyone kept laughing at me when i tried to talk.

Have you ever tried to talk with your entire windpipe blocked? Don’t. I sound like a man in drag.

I wonder how I’m going to sing tomorrow.

So anyway today because the Good Friday service was a mishmash of many different people and churches, all of us were given a name tag to wear. good, i thought, this is convenient. I wish real life were like that. Re: My crappy memory for names.

But then i figured life shouldn’t be so easy. Do not pray for easy lives. Pray to be stronger men, John F. Kennedy said, and he was the 35th president of the United States so i suppose he must know his stuff.

Aim of the week:
try to remember everyone’s name. Do not mix them up. Learn how to match names to faces accurately. Do not let them catch you writing down their names on the back of your hand.

Goodness. That was embarrassing.
