#1100| Chronic Bitchface

Currently listening to:I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND by the beatles
Status:meow.

During dinner today with (part of) the CFs at the airport, i was diagnosed with chronic bitchface.

“Just doing my bit to spread awareness for this common, but little understood condition. Thousands around the world are affected by chronic bitchface, with sufferers having to endure being told to “SMILE” and “cheer up” by well meaning, but irritating strangers. There is no known cure.”

Souce: Krisatomic

I think i have posted this before, but it was reaffirmed and reasserted during dinner tonight. Meow. It was also decided that walking around smiling for no particular reason would run the risk of looking like a half wit. This possibly also explains why my only friends from the halls right now are the Campus Cats.. but then they ran away when i tried to take a photo of them yesterday so maybe not.

On a different note, in the spirit of all things patriotic, i am considering a museum-hopping-session since admission is free for the month of august which is also singapore;s national birthmonth.. okay i dont know how i came to the conclusion that that results in patriotic. uh. LOOK! A FLYING MOTH!

Also because i have been listening to the same old recycled songs for the past month or two, i honestly have no material to make a new mixtape with. Hit me with song suggestions and i promise i’ll go listen to them. Constantly admire how syaf has the patience and determination to make new and lovely mixtapes for her readers every month..
So in the meanwhile, blog recommendations following a FS question i received this morning:

Krisatomic: her own drawings, also creator of the term Chronic Bitchface as per featured above

ParkandCube: Fashion blogger, wonderfully crisp language, and gorgeous photos.

Fashiontoast: Model Rumi Neely who’s hair i love but probably would get skinned alive by my parents if i chemically altered my own..

Daydream lily: film photography, art, and the occasional fashion based post.

and

Rattle: online poetry and literature for the 21st century

enjoy!

ps: promise i’ll do my Jersey Shore roadtrip blogpost soon.. you know what im like with procrastinating and whatnot.
